Upgraded a standard shower line to a multi-point thermostatic valve control system, supporting both rainfall heads and handheld spray wands simultaneously.
Project Details
Balanced the water pressure across multiple outputs to ensure no drop in performance when both the overhead and wall spray features are active.

Thermostatic Valve Rigging
Anchored the solid brass core valve securely to the internal masonry frame behind the tiles.
2.
Balanced Line Splitting
Split the main 3/4-inch supply lines equally to feed both the vertical rainfall assembly and wand drops.
3.
Anti-Scald Calibration
Calibrated the smart temperature limit ring to perfectly lock out at a safe 38°C (100°F).
4.
Static Hydrostatic Test
Sealed the tile-ready system under pressure for 24 hours to verify absolute zero-moisture escape.
Project Outcome
Delivered a spa-like showering experience with consistent temperature regulation and optimal volumetric flow rate.
